Following up on popular demand, Ashdown reintroduce the 12 Band 600: a bass amp head that previously bore the MK 500 name. Equipped with a 12-band graphic equalizer for infinite tone-tweaking, the on-board preamp can be bypassed for dry tone if needed while, using the easy-to-toggle Harmonic Emphasis function, you can always inject an extra shot of brightness into the original signal for that all important, extra bit of sparkle.
Easy-Going and Adaptable
The 12 Band 600 offers everything needed to please even the most discerning musician. In addition to a standard instrument jack input, Ashdown have furnished the bass amp with a balanced XLR input; a tuner output equipped with a mute button for silent tune-ups; send and return outputs for external effects; and a balanced XLR line output that can be 'used' pre or post EQ. Super-easy to operate, the Ashdown 12 Band 600 can be hooked up to a speaker cab using either a Speakon or jack cable, offering bassists a highly flexible, plug-and-play solution for optimum on-stage or in-studio sound.
